Holiday Silversmithing Workshops at The Makers Shed

Create a unique piece of jewellery while learning the basics of design, cutting, soldering, heating, cold-connecting, fold-forming, bezel-setting and polishing under the skilled supervision of resident silversmith Richard Moon.

The cost includes enough sterling silver for one ring, pendant, brooch or pair of earrings; and a limited selection of raw materials and stones: vintage linoleum, copper, leather, moonstones, freshwater pearls, etc.

Design and make something special during the summer school holidays, with workshops scheduled for Wednesday January 13 and Saturday January 30, 2021 (10am to 4pm); or create a workshop of your own on a day to suit you (Wednesdays to Saturdays only).
